Orders

Gift wrapping is not currently offered for our shop. If you note that an item is a gift, pricing will not be included on the packing slip.

Please reach out if you would like your orders combined. However, please note that not all combination requests can be honored.

Shipping

All packages are shipped using USPS via PirateShip. Other carriers may be used at our discretion.

Some packages may require a signature if they are over a certain value to avoid theft.

If you are international, your package will be sent to a processing and distribution center before being dispatched overseas. Your package may be handed off to a local courier in your destination country, which may delay delivery. All estimates listed are only estimates, and may fluctuate depending on world conditions and your country. Please have patience with your local mail carriers! 🌙

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We may not be currently shipping to your country due to VAT, IOSS, packaging or other regulations/reasons. We are really sad about this and hope one day to be able to ship worldwide without issue! 🌙

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate address changes. If you have entered an incorrect address, I will cancel your order so it can be placed again with the correct address.

If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot resend it. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address on your order is correct. Once the package leaves our shop, we cannot control what happens at the USPS, and that includes lost mail, mis-delivery, or incorrect addresses.

If the package is returned to the shop, we will re-ship the package, to be paid for by the buyer.

We understand problems with the mail are frustrating. They frustrate us as well. We will always do our best to help make things right.

Returns

Yes, return requests are generally accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please see our refund policy for further information.

Note: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where not allowed by law.

Items must be returned in original condition in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping fees, except where not allowed by law.

Additional Questions and Info

If your order is late, please check your tracking to get an updated delivery date. If your shipper delays your package, please hang tight and be patient!

If your order is missing, lost, or stolen, please check with your local Post Office to get GPS tracking data. If the package is not found, please notify me immediately. You may have to file a police report or a missing mail request. We will do everything we can to help!

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and notify me immediately. Photos are required before any replacements will be sent.
